Counterarguments:
- M69 and Learning both did not interfere (alot) with the community
- Home IP's from M69 and Learning are from UK while Kriegs home IP is from Sweden (even though his home IP is still questionable)
Reasons to question this is: He speaks way too well English to be from Sweden and I'm fairly certain
- Kriegs has shown interest in RS3 while those other 2 have not

Counterarguments:
- Frenchis was able to speak terrible English aswell
- Kriegs appears not to be into RSPS

Final note
Both are quite questionable for me but yet they are suspicious and I'd love a second opinion on them. While it's obvious he's ban evading I'm not actually 100% convinced I've caught him here.

 

I believe these are just coincidences, but there's no strong/definitive proof to warrant anything here. If you find any other proof, then feel free to re-report this.
