A pardon is for asking for forgiveness for actions you have done in the past. A dispute is for disputing a ban which has been wrongly placed, You seem to be attempting to dispute a ban which has placed on you rather than pardoning, so I am going to close this.
if you want to request a pardon feel free to list all your previous offense's and we can then process this pardon.
if you wish you can make another dispute and I won't handle it or request a pardon and admit and accept/admit to all actions which you have done in the past.
