From Sythe to Skype - Which infraction rules apply?

I had a user that I believe broke the following rules of Sythe:

Flaming, Harassment, Trolling:
Using excessive profanity, insults, or derogatory comments towards another user
Partaking in behaviour intended to disturb or upset another user

In particular the bold aspects. The user upset me on purpose for no reason except that I was being cautious (RSGP sale) and therefore slow.

Question

The user posted on my shop thread to confirm we were moving the conversation to Skype. He was purposely rude, insulting and made derogatory comments on SKYPE. I have logs of the conversation and can prove the Sythe account is owned by the Skype account user.

May I report the user for his behaviour?

 

I've never seen someone infracted for flaming someone on Skype. So unless he PMs you or makes a post on here seriously flaming you, he won't be infracted.
