Frodie has been phished.

I've already made one post about this. "Frodie" is currently trying to scam people. Ban Him HE phished my account. I don't have the money to pay the people back. I've read the rules and that's what it says I'll have to do. PLEASE BAN HIM.

I've PMed two Admins, two global mods. I understand that everyone is human. Can someone give me a name who I should talk to ? None of the people I PMed are PMing me back.
