I live in Canada and we don't really have 'kebabs' but I always see you folks posting about them.


Please explain a proper kebab and how one picks the tastiest kebab

Like grilled meat on a stick I believe. Think you gotta know one of those mom and pop underground hole in the wall kinda thing.

Syrian ones are the best imo. Are you talking about buying the finished product or buying raw meat on a stick to grill yourself? It'll never get the same taste if you're cooking it yourself (need certain wood/heat/etc to get the desired taste).
