Friends MSN hacked

Okay, so my friend has just had his MSN hacked. He has tried to recover it by answering the secret question, but he doesn't know the answer.

Is there any other way he could get his account back? All help is appreciated.

 

I'm pretty sure there was another way, which was how Sigex used to obtain moderator accounts. If memory serves me correct, there was an email you could send, and you had to include all details, ie ISP, Name, Address, etc.

You fill out the form on hotmail's contact us/ help forum. There is a specific form for recovering lost/stolen accounts however he will need to provide info as marrow stated above and if possible credit card charges(if xbl/zune) and emails in his inbox/sent folders and contacts in his adress book
