    Why: On Kneuss's IP Audit legitimately every user except for these 3 are banned. On the other IP Audit they line up with each other, and these accounts were all created today, and it seems this guy has a history of evading as every other account has a couple posts before getting banned.

    Kneuss, and danielsteps could be evading on a VPN, but HereWeGoess definitely has to be a home IP match.
