Banned:

Showed up the day after Yaan Li was banned with the same type of shop (Ikov GP), having a decent knowledge of the market despite being a new user.
His location also matches Yaan Li exactly, despite the fact that it may be a mobile IP (he's used mobile IPs before as seen in previous reports on his older profiles.)
From the report I PMed to Video that got Yaan Li banned:
http://prntscr.com/8bljlb
http://prntscr.com/8bljyl
Current IP:
http://prntscr.com/8ddxmx
http://prntscr.com/8ddxpn
Also got the same IP from Yaan Li's skype:
http://prntscr.com/8ddxt7
And Yaan Li blatantly telling me he planned on ban evasion and VPN use which is what he's doing with FreshGoldShop.
