Just because you are on the IRC for a long time doesn't automatically qualify you for a rank. Its not going to be an 'easy' rank to earn either.

Well, you can obviously what this is really about. Of course TBDT doesn't mean that these voted ones should receive the rank, he's just sort of surveying, and seeing who uses IRC, most frequent, like the title says.
