Can you complete it without 25 Fletch and 40 Craft? I got 32 craft and 16 fletch because Ive only been members once Can you still kill that guy to get the lire as a drop? Its just because when you do filter on Quests it goes. >_<

You need all the skills it says you need. Pretty sure you can use boosts if there is any.

These all say you can kill Lanzig to get the Lyre (or another citizen)
