Ban?

Hi There,

Noticed my account theprestigedmuzza was banned for some reason, I couldn't find a report or anything and wouldn't know why I would be banned, could I be given a reason or have my account unbanned?

 

Okay so I noticed my account was banned, this is a mistake;

My Skype has never changed on this account since it was made....


It looks like someone was scammed by an impostor, the first thread that suspected me being hacked even stated the IP was different and not my original IP, therefore I am not sure why I would have to repay anyone in order to get unbanned when I was never hacked and they were duped by an impostor skype? From the evidence presented no one posted on that persons thread through my account nor did he provide any inbox that the skype was confirmed :S?

Once repaid PM me on skype/post another dispute with proof of the user in question confirming it as well.

 

I am happy to pay the guy if that is your decision, but i really think his evidence should be reviewed, it looks as if a trade was conducted through a skype account impersonating me but doesn't appear to indicate any scam?


How come these things were not addressed:
- No Skype confirmation
- No Evidence presented that a trade was not COMPLETED?
- Hasn't shown complete skype conversation

From the evidence shown how am i supposed to know that legacy didn't complete a trade and decide to make a report to collect more? He hasn't actually presented any evidence that he never got paid at all or was scammed?

How does what was posted on his thread constitute a skype being confirmed???

BUT MY MAIN QUESTION WHICH STILL HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED:
What evidence is there that he was actually scammed? You see him sending payment of .455bc but what evidence is there that the person who hacked me didn't actually complete the trade? I don't dispute the fact that I was hacked, but I think he was way too careless in the trade and on top of that he hasn't shown evidence that he was actually scammed? He has only claimed to have been, the argument i'm trying to make is what if the hacker was just using my account to make trades and not scam.


Side note: I have added his skype which he is yet to accept if anyone could please pm him my skype too so I can discuss this with him further (Shifty_p.i.m.p)

^ Here is precedent showing that a post on a thread with something along the lines of 'talking on skype' but a pm of the skype address was not made led the person hacked not to have to reimburse the scammed victim as they had to also take responsibility for being negligent in the trade.


Please don't get confused though, I'm happy to accept the responsibility of for my carelessness, I've been hacked before and the hacker scammed multiple victims and I reimbursed every one of the victims, I just wanted the facts reviewed because If they were negligent in trading or (As i would like to keep pointing out) haven't shown evidence of an actual scam occurring/full skype conversations, I wouldn't see why the precedent set shouldn't apply.

 

i don't buy the argument that the person who maliciously hacked you to scam people probably just wanted your account to complete trades, sorry. please refund him the .455 btc
