An average 18-year-old with no medical marijuana card couldn't have been eligible for this offer. On second thought, maybe that was part of what got them in trouble.

lol lansing is quite a large city and if you have ever lived or even possibly been their you would know most of them are stoners, lansing use to have a 5-20 dollar ticket as well as a night in jail for getting caught with a quarter or less. Though this may not be a lot when you look at the amount of people that go to that specific store it would turn into quite a lot quite fast. But I do agree the cheap asses could at least give you a joint. lol
