Suggestion: Ban every "trusted member" who's inactive (AKA 99% of Sythe)

They are just ticking time bombs waiting to scam.

If you are a trusted member who doesn't use this website anymore, what's the downside of scamming? Literally zero. When you are done with this website, and you are a trusted member, you can walk out with a few thousand dollars cost free.

 

Happened to me as well, I should've checked his activity before trading

 

And an active member who's trusted can scam too, what's the difference.

 

The last few active members of this website obviously care about their accounts.

An inactive person for over a year or more doesn't and has every incentive to scam. As this website progressively dies, we will be seeing more and more scams from ex-staff and OMM's who don't give two shits about their accounts.

 

he should of had his omm rank taken away a long time ago at the very least.

Some people here must know his real life info, Facebook and so on. Be surprised if it is actually him and done a scamquit though.

 

Snow patrol was hacked. In fact his password was leaked in an old database leak.

 

You can't prove if it's a scam quit or it's a hacker. He can just hop on with a VPN and pretend it's a scam quit and have an easier time pardoning later on on the slim chance he wants to come back.

Even if he did fake it on a VPN, he's still gonna have to pay the money back if he wants to return. Doesn't really gain anything from it.

 

You have a much easier time pardoning if it was a "hacker". So yes, there is a gain from it.

 

I can't see that. Admins can. Also the hacker could have enabled 2fa so it doesn't mean anything.

 

He was browsing on a tor exit node and hs pw was leaked. I am quite sure he was hacked

 

All I'm saying is you can't prove this. He possibly staged all this to appear hacked in an event he wanted to return. As you know, it's much easier to get a pardon and retain all of your ranks if you were hacked rather than scam quitting.

Well, was 2FA turned on recently then or when it was first released?

Only reason I ask is I had a suggestion approved sometime back making all ex-staff required to have 2FA enabled or lose their ex-staff status, so it's curious if that's the case.
