..They can suspect RWT if they see a huge trade being done. They can look at each account, how much is transferred. If a lot if transferred and the IP's are outrageously different then they could infract you for RWT.

It's how all RWT'ers are banned.

Did you not understand what I said in the main post?

If you bought an account and it has a 'good' gp stack.. I would trade it over.
The original owner may recover it back to take the gp off it. With free trade.

Wrong. People have been banned for drop trading, although it isn't as common. It isn't safe as it seems.

Ok here is what I wrote:

They're bringing it back well aware of RWT and will monitor it. Do not transfer any gold I suggest you just keep the account with the gold or execute a high chance of ban trade."

Now read sentence two - the cb level doesn't matter,the lower it is the higher the chance of the ban yet they're still extremely high.
