Alright well I did a quick search and did not see this method, so I decided to post it.
If this has been posted before, just post here with thread link and I'll close it.
This is a very simple method.
----
Requirements:
Firefox - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Firebug - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1843
----
Instructions:
1) Install Firefox if you do not already have it.
2) Install the Firebug addon and restart Firefox.
3) Navigate to RuneScape in Firefox and click "Free Users".
4) Once the page begins loading, right click the black area next to the vertical "Advert" sign.
5) Click "Inspect Element" so that the Firebug menu opens and you should see "<td colspan="2">" highlighted.
6) Right click the highlighted line and select "Delete Element".
7) Press F12/X in the corner of the Firebug panel.
8) Close all other tabs and press F11.
9) Enjoy pseudo fullscreen.
Note: You will have to do this every time that you want full screen.
