This glitch makes it so you repeat the same boss over and over, while still progressing through the floors.

This is roughly 100k exp per hour via the tomes of exp you get, as well as 75-80 kills per hour that count towards unlocking the new gloves and dreadnips.
It would be faster than that, but the animation for starting a fight and killing the boss take around 30 seconds alone.
