Ape Atoll (safest)[need to have monkey madness and ninja gree gree]
Regular and advance Gnome
Regular and advance Barbarian
Wilderness(Not recommended at all)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!!!
Have weight reducing equipment (boots of lightness and spotted cape)
Some food if your below the no fail level (pizza/monks/wild pie)
Be at the course (iv had people ask for ape atoll and i log on and their in faldor with full rune on)
Set a bank pin if you dont feel safe i wont need access to your bank
