I would trade with caution as his title states:

He was offering to sell me a pin but when I asked if he was willing to use an mm he kept stating that he is an mm and therefore cannot use another mm. As if anyone is going to trust him with a twc.

Opened again - TWC got removed after 1 year

 

Would not recommend using this guy as an MM.
Tried to do a trade with him and he kept demanding I go first, I even offered to pay for an official to MM the trade and he was reluctant to do so until I accused him of scamming. Once I got the MM ready for us to trade he said he had to go... he came back on 10 minutes later and I asked if he wanted to trade again and he said only if I went first.

 

If you pay the fees, I'm willing to use an OMM
