What equipment would you need?

 

Basically what's posted on the front page. Rune legs, black d hide top, bow and ammo, pots. The standard shiz.
If you want an exact list let me know

Yeh I assumed it might be, I think I added in my first post to let me know about any new better equipment available. Still doesn't mean I can't do it with the old stuff

Depends slightly on your bow of choice but it would be:
Rune large, Rune legs, Black d hide top, glory, snakeskin boots, black d hide vamps(or barrows gloves/dragon). If rune cross bow then rune kite and if you have a zammy book add that to inventory.

Inventory would be (depending on 1-2 slots for bow of choice):
2 range pots, 8 brews, 18 super restores

Bows:
Xbow with 3.5k racks (probably only 2.5-3k will be used)
rune cross bow(Must have avas accumulator) with 1k addy bolts (only about 500 will be used)
any special bolts like diamond tipped ones for jad are appreciated but not needed

Edit: Oh and obviously if your comfortable with letting me use better equipment, eg fury, ranger boots then that would also be welcome but not needed

 

Inventory would be (depending on 1-2 slots for bow of choice):
2 range pots, 8 brews, 18 super restores

Change to 1 range pot, 6 sara brew, 20 super restore and 300 purple sweets

Hmm I agree with the restore choice but I like at least 2 range pots to speed up the process
Also are sweets still pretty expensive? If not then they would help out a fair chunk

Also, I'm pretty sure (since I used to do Capes my self) that Helm of Nietzoitk, Proselete or Initiate Legs and obby / god (new prayer bonus god) cape are best.

 

Forgot about helm of nizeiot, are you sure it doesn't lower range attack bonus though, also iniative legs would be too less defense than I like.
God capes are wicked though and obby isn't a bad choice for some defence, thanks for the tips

 

It doesn't lower range attack by much, not any significant amount. Initiate legs are lower defense but much higher prayer. No problem for the tips I'm just too lazy to get my own cape and haven't done one since the update anyways
