Looks like you just roamed around these forums then found the methods and put it in one guide. atleast you put effort to do it for everyone else so we can just search one thread. good job.

 

For method 6, I suggest you to logout immediately after killing the seller and then switch to a non-BH world and you will immediately be back out of the bounty hunter arena, it's a much safer way and it works!
