What you need: A drivers licence, Pen and a car.
Step 1. Look up the number you need to call to get membership and memorise it.

Step 2. Get a drivers licence

Step 3. Get a car or use friends or parents car

Step 4. Drive around a neighbourhood and pull over , go up to there house knock on door.

Step 5. Say you have broken down and your cellphone is dead and if you can please use there phone to ring your father.

Step 6. If they say sure as most people will ring runescape real quick and write the number on your hand.

Step 7. Ring a random number so they don't press redial and then leave.
