Insructions:

1. Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX
2. Go to xbox.com and login and bring up your contact information
3. When they ask you questions about your account just answer them answer
4. Say you want to cancel you account
5. Say NO to having any friends or family members who want to take over your account
6. Say YES to taking 500MS points if you want to change your mind and keep the account.




Important tips:

* You must know everything on the account including the Name, Address, Phone, last 4 digits of CC.
