Hey guys i just found a really cool guide about how to ep safely on RsWiki.

It shows you how to risk enough coins and almost not to lose any coins when you die.

Yew seeds are also used for getting EP,
together with a Javelin or a Dart.
Because Yew seeds have got a low Alchemy wealth the Javelin or Dart does protect over it in a Bounty Hunter World +1,
as soon as you are attacked you throw the Javelin away
and you are not risking the seed anymore.
