Simple: I'll get you a Fire cape or Alch up to 10k of something and all I ask for is a Vouch. I'm doing this until I have about 10 vouches then i'll start charging about 1M per cape.

For a fire cape you MUST have 70+ defence 52+ Prayer and 85+ hitpoints

You can either use Torags or Veracs helm/Skirt/legs
A Glory/fury/stole
Dragon/ranger boots
Rune C'bow + Diamond bolts [e] (2k bolts) or karils bow + 3k bolt racks
accumulator (if using c'bow) and anything with a K'bow
Barrow gloves/d'hide vambs
D Sq shield/obby shield

For the inventory you need:

20 Super restores, 6 brews, 2 range pots.
