Hi i just donated 200$ to sythe *Moe was the trader and once i payed hes told me that ive been ban evading, so i get banned for 3 days and then he said i was going to get permanently banned, i am not responsible of any actions on this site sience 6 years back, only my brother played runescape under that period of time so i belive that it was my brother who was ban evading, i am sorry for my brothers actions and any harm he my have done, but please dont make me donate 200$ just to get my account permanently banned..

First of all this is not a pardon, secondly it seems like you're ban evading.

I'll leave this up to @Brendan however since he's the one that banned you.

 

Unfortunately, the brother story doesn't go far here. It's been heard a million times before. A matching IP Location and PayPal address is conclusive evidence that you are the same person.
