i downloaded it and nothing happned it dosent change stats only monitors junk... as far as i know

FASC (Freddy1990's Azureus Stats Changer)

This program can modify any azureus stats file for you, it loads the one loaded by Azureus by default if it can find it. It allows you to change download and upload (and with that ratio), but also the time you've been running Azureus and the number of files you have downloaded so far.

Please point out where it says that it changes your runescape stats..
