frankvenn scammed

I don't know why he did this since it was only a $6 trade, but I transfered the sara plate to him then he blocked me/got off msn and is ignoring my pms the forum. I even waited until this morning to report him since he seemed like a trusted member, but I searched his name and there are a few people saying he is a scammer. I know it was him on msn because I added him from his sig so it couldn't be an imposter.
