Jazz_Player sold me account recovered mysteriously

Hi,

Here is the situation. Jazz_Player sold me an account. For a few days it was working fine and then on the 24th Dec it got locked. No JAG was set on it so i had to recover it by filling up information like subscriptions,ISP,previous passwords etc. Unfortunately the request for recovery was denied as you can see in the 3rd screenshot.

So i contacted Jazz_Player to help with the recovery. I initialy asked him for the questions that was require by Jagex to unlock my account. But he told me that he could unlock it. I just needed to give him the account login and password. Later in the day i realised that login via 07 runescape does not give 'account is locked error' but instead now says invalid password/username.

Jazz_Player however denies that jagex has replied him or that he has recovered and reset the password.

So who could have reseted it?

When i confronted him about it, he 1st denied that jagex replied him. Moments later when i asked him to send a mail to jagex, he said they just replied with the message in screenshot 4. This message does not look one bit similar to the account lock request denied i received from jagex in screenshot 3. Jagex also clearly states that account recoveries are never handles automaticaly and always by a staff.

by the way if you try the link in he's supposed denied email. it doesn't work.

Could a mod look into this and help out please?

Honestly if he gives me the accnt back with the 37m that is in it..its fine. But im guessing when he recovered he logged in and saw the gold got greedy and decided to keep the acnt for himself. If im wrong im truely sorry for the accusation though.
