Framed for white phat "scam"

Ok, to start this off.
I cannot access sythe on my home internet, no idea why. IP banned maybe?
I haven't been able to have more than 1minutes of being on here before it does page cannot be displayed.
The last 3 days have been unable to go on, at all. Today I let SempiFi get on TV and view my screen as I tried to visit sythe. I even cleared all cookies and such, nothing.

I'm on a proxy.

On to the dispute.
Yes, he has a video. No, he doesn't have enough proof I believe.
1.
During the whole video he never hovers over the msn he is chatting to, to prove the true msn address.
Yes, he has a profile up of mine([email protected].)
But.. In his video at around 1:10, he magically opens up my profile, it seems he double clicked on the display picture on msn, and it popped up. Well, when I double click on the display image, it doesn't pop up. It pops up another set of options to do with the current recipient.
2. The profile could have already been open and he just quickswitched to it with a hotkey when the time was right(when he, what it seems like, 2x clicked on the display image)
3. The profile could be faked, as I see no URL at the top.
4. In the video, the sender of the WU said his name was Shawn Spence. My name is not that, Video knows it. As well as Busta. <- Yes, this prove nothing, but still.
5. Why is the video quality such SHIT? You'd think if he wanted to make sure he wasn't going to get scammed, or ban the person who scammed him that he would set it to high-quality, not shit-quality. When I traded with Video, me going first for only 500$.. to VIDEO of all people, I had like 15-20 screenshots, as well as like 2-3 recording programs going. He must have purposely set the quality to shit just for the frame, so it SEEMS I did scam, but I did not.

What I think is going on;
I think he is trying to frame me. I believe he has my password(easy password to guess, honestly. Yes I blame myself for that one.) and he used a proxy to log in my account and send himself a PM about the "trade" that was going on.
At the time of the pm, or sooner, I believe I was talking to Punkerpunk about how pissed I am that I cannot access sythe for more than aminute before it times out<- not sure if that even matters. The person he traded in game can be any of the following RSNs(due to his shitty quality not getting it) 2pe/2po/2pw/2qo/2qe/2qw/and so forth. At times it looks like 2pe, and at times it looks like all of the others. So I think he's trying to frame me into me getting banned(must have a grudge on me or paying him 1.5bil(white phat.)

Yes, I was interested in Fash's white phat, but not for 900$. Even at 750, it's a TAD overpaying, (.5, I was going to talk him down to .5 or lower)

On the account(sythe account), I logged on my friends TV when he was sleeping/botting RS, and I logged on sythe from there and posted a few bumps. I then logged out, and cleared cookies so he doesn't know my password. His ip starts with 74.129

 

The rsn in the video is clearly 2pe, which is your account don't try denying that. Even assuming it is an imposter, the msn chat says "2pe is me". So why would an imposter have access to your rs account? And even if it were "2po/2pw/2qo/2qe/2qw", let me break down why it's not:

2po: non-member
2pw: some sort of starter 1-def pure, definitely not combat 102 as shown in video
2qo: actually has combat 102 in a free world, but in the video, the character is wearing a skillcape that 2qo does not have access to (he only has mage cape, and the one in the video is definitely not that)
2qe: non-member
2qw: non-member

Also there are several points in the video where it's very clearly "2pe"
