    Where can I start learning how to animate simple cartoonish images
    I want to learn how to animate simple images. For example in the mobile app Snapchat they have their ghost animated sometimes. I realize that an animation is a loop of images strung together, but how would I go about creating those images? Where would I start?

    If you do not mind designing each frame manually, Photoshop CC has a feature where you can create animations.

    I'd explain how it works, but there are many videos on YouTube that could help you provide a better understanding. Good luck.
