Tons of banned users line up on the same IP audit, and they all ONLY have interests in the "OldSchool 07 RuneScape Skill Training" subsection of the forums. Praymelee has some posts on other sections, but everything is RuneScape related, and specifically focuses on accounts, or skill training.

Also not sure if this will help, but there was a previous ban evader report on "scottie_pimp" and "prettyagilee" back on June 10th, but I figured I'd include it just in-case.

@prettyagilee was banned for "Dispute via home IP"
@scottie_pimp was banned for scottie_pimp
@ahezi was banned for "Ban evading "ipker10" (same as above^)

It doens't make sense though, because when I look at all their threads the levels do vary. The skill he needs training for does line up, but the rest keeps changing. I don't trust his guts though so I'm going to ban him which he can unban via a home IP, thank you for the report.
