    Its the database permissions. I have them set so anyone who manages to find a zero day exploit cant drop the tables. It also means that mods can't create tables, which this one obviously expected to be able to do.

    I'll reinstall with full permissions in a minute.

    Ahh, I was wondering what was going on, since I remember installing this mod to test it out one time and it never asked for any SQL modification.

    You could probably write something simple later to just allow mods to edit the specific forumban tables soely?

    Cheeter they should be able to, which reminds me:

    If anyone has trouble using Forumban because of a permissions error or something, let me know and I'll make sure your permissions allow you to use it.
