Recover my account

Hello,

I tried to log in my account called 'SAFAKK', but when I tried to log in some thing on this website told me that I have to change my password because it's older than 6 months. But if I want to change it, I have to use my email but I have forgotten the email that I used for this account..... Is there not a way to change my password without using a email? And can i change my email aswell??
