Lost my double authentication code

I know my username, password, email and backup code (in case I lose my authentication code)

I tried putting the backup code where I normally put the code generated by my phone but it just shows error.

I reformatted my phone and lost my authentication code, can you guys just remove it for me so that I may once again set it up?

Edit: Never mind, I see it now. I am going to make an admin request to verify that it is correct. If it is, we should be able to remove the 2FA. Sorry for the long delay.

 

Alright, your SVU information was confirmed and your IP matches, so your 2FA is going to be removed. Welcome back to sythe @k3vinz , and again, sorry for the delay.

Once you log in again, please disable your 2FA and then reenable it. Make sure to write down your backup code once again. Each backup code can only be used once and you put it in the box where the 2FA code normally goes. I know your current one didn't work, but hopefully it'll work in the future ;p
