Forgot email

I posted here: http://services.runescape.com/m=forum/c=kt67yxTtZHs/forums.ws?250,251,4,63915719 a little over a week ago and haven't gotten any sort of reply from Jagex. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Where would I see a reply from Jagex? Obviously if I've forgotten my email, they wouldn't email me. Any help would be appreciated.

 

There probably isn't going to be a set time in place for them to reply all you can do is wait. You posted in the correct thread so don't worry. Also did you provide all the correct information? Wait another week then post directly in the account help sub forum.

 

Yeah. Listed all the recovery questions in the last year and day changed.

 

I have the same issue, and the problem is I've moved states so Im not sure if they've denied my request or just haven't got to it yet.

 

They may take their time, but try emailing [email protected] for more info on the situation.
