Forgive me.

I have been banned for about a year now and i want another chance from this wonderful site. I have been lurking since and was thinking to myself what have i done to mess this up. I have been banned for scamming someone and that person has been given his money back though Paypal which has been resolved.

I also myself have been scammed and i would like a chance to make a complaint or a ban request and start fresh again. I want to make a ban quest for a person that has high vouches but i don't have access to the ban section.

I'm sorry for what i have done and i would like a second chance.
