I think you shouldn't have to. But you shouldn't absolutley despise them.

I totally disagree 100% on this matter.

 

I personally hate that people are expected to automatically love family. I don't believe you should have to like someone based solely on blood relation.

 

I think you should love them, although they are your blood & grandparents. But if you don't love them, then simply don't.. I don't think I've ever heard of this before, but I do have family I love but I just don't like to be around, cause every time I go around there is somewhat drama involved.. But yeah, keep close to your family they are the ones who support you the most, and will be there for you whenever you need them.
