Ban reason that was shown to you: account hacked.

My account was not hacked since I am the only one who has entered that account, if there was a change of IP since my account was created in [Redacted] under the IP of the [Redacted] company, due to its problems, apart from problems As service failures of [Redacted], I made the decision to leave [Redacted] for [Redacted] where I currently live.

I don't know what other things they need to solve my problem.
