[FOR SALE] 8M Neopoints!

[Skater14]

I have 8M Neopoints just laying around in an account. I don't have a PayPal, Sorry. But I'll sell for cash through mail, trades for any real life item, gift cards, etc, etc offer?

I also am willing to sell the account itself, it has three awesome neopets and more. Hit me up I'm willing to let this stuff go for cheap.

Well you better create a Paypal cause I'm not sending money through mail too risky...

I have many vouches, and if you still feel unsafe then we can use a middle-man. I do not have a bank account, therefore a PayPal would be useless to me.

I know, but being un-verified you can't buy things online/transfer the cash to a bank account so I have no need for it.
