    Sumpin, RAS is for actual scam reports. Staff will evaluate any TWC appeal in full by going through all the information available. You being condescending and him responding is not exactly information that constitutes a report so please avoid posting such reports.. If you have information you believe will actively contribute to a case, PM it to a moderator.

    Nurvael, I would suggest handling customers in a more polite manner even if they act like a prick. Professional courtesy (however difficult).
