[Food] Blaze - Pizza Review

No, this is not a marijuanas review. Sorry buddy. This is about one of the many quick-bake pizza chains out there right now.

Price Paid: $3-4 on sale, but they're normally $7-8



Since it was pi day earlier and I didn't go to my favorite quick-bake place (Pieology), I couldn't review that. So here I am with this place!

The way these places work is that for 7-8 bucks, you get a small pizza with unlimited toppings. Extra cheese is free at this place and you can literally choose every single cheese out there as your toppings. Neat. I went with just mozz + fresh mozz though.

The chicken (under the pepperonis and junk) was by far the worst choice I made here. It tasted worse than canned chicken, but someone who likes chicken Quesaritos might like this kind of chicken taste . I had to pick this stuff out. It ruined the whole pizza.

Customer service review incoming. There's normally sauces that you can add before / after the pizza is made. They didn't even ask if I wanted any during either phase, despite me seeing the bottles there. For shame. Whatever though.

Everything else tasted fine. One person complained about the salami, but everyone hated the chicken.

Low 4/5 for bad service and RAUNCHY chicken. Work on that. Pieology has amazing chicken.

I wouldn't really come here again. I'd sooner try out Mod or go to Pieology.

Also, they have Blue Sky soda on tap. Orange Mango is High 5/5, but it is only available on tap.

The chicken looks under cooked and it looks like the dough is as well. They tried to save their reputation by adding too many ingredients. 10/10 review pizza looks like shit and you should review a NY pizza

 

I fucking love blaze. I don't get the meat though. Usually just a cheese pizza with veggies stacked a mile high. It's good shit.

I've missed your reviews, welcome back @Alex_J_Leon. Having been to Blaze before, it looks like they stiffed you on the quality for sure

You ever have double cooked pizza ? Like it's cooked , then when you buy it they cook it again ? Creates the best most crispy pizza ever. Shitty chicken ruins everything /:

 

Oh yeah, don't get corn or cucumbers on pizza. Too strong.

I plan on going to Gino's soon. Chicago style baybeeee. I am the one who chose to get a lot of ingredients, but the dough was very much cooked. It i just a thin pizza.

The rest of it was pretty dang good, but I prefer Pieology. Then again, I've only had the two.

Pieology was just so amazing, although this one was good too. Pieology has GREAT spicy chicken. It had way more spice than I expected (I expected none).

You should see the first Pieology pizza I got. All 3 1/4ths of the pizza were different, whereas this one was just each half.

The chicken and the customer experience were my main issues. 4/5 is a good score, relax... quick bake pizza chains are still learning and expanding.

Well I think this one could have been crispier because the pizza kinda flopped a bit, but then again I prefer the taste of softer pizzas so eh.

I'm going to assume with a palette like that, you've double cooked fries. How did that taste?

Oh my gosh, thanks for reminding me! I have to try their Steakhouse pizza soon. They have some gooood Deep Dish though. That and the deep cheese sticks.
