Fondest Memory?

When i fell for the, "jagex doesnt let you say your password backwards" scam. Lost 10k in feathers, i think i cried.

 

Haha nice one Mine is saving up for about 10 weeks when there was no free trade for d claws!

 

Introducing one of my school friends to runescape. After about a week i gave him about 2k gold coins and he was so happy he kissed me.

We both still play runescape on and off but never talk about it.

 

OMFG I fell for that too LOL. It was my main account, and it was probably 34 CB with like a 60k bank. The most incredible part is, after he changed my password and took most of my stuff, I actually managed to track the guy down. I had written down his user (it was something like 0o00oo0o0) and saw him online a week after he stole the account. Surprisingly enough, I found him near Varrock's East bank with a group of people following him and yelling that he'd scammed them. After pestering him with PM's for a few days, he finally gave me the password to the account. I remember I lost my prized Shade robes

A guy told me he had 5 sets of D-Chains and he'd give me one, I was even f2p and I believed it. I gave him my password, lost my first runescape account "Shamoo62"

 

When I made my first mil back in 2005, I worked insanely hard for it lol, mining essence. Someone once gave me a set of full rune with a d scimmy in 2006, that was the best freebie I ever got.

 

I remember probably making someones fondest memory, someone was following me in FTP, I had run out of membership and mum and dad wouldn't let me use their credit card to upgrade (I had misbehaved) so I had full rune and a Santa hat on with magic cape (t) and some noob kept following me and asking me "if I was rich" so I paid him 700k to stop following me... 5 mins later he returned with 3 freinds all asking for money -.-

 

Using a tablet in rsgp to tell people that it doubles your money lol and they wud give 5k first and id give them 10k then they wud give 50k and id run off lol it was erm the tablet looking thing from waterfall quest

 

Merchanting on W2, Fally park was the best, new g.e comes nowhere close .

 

Buying full guthix on f2p for around 1.8m back in around 05.

Was proud of my achievement then. Looked like a boss

 

f2p pking with my clan in 05. I still remember the day when a bunch of our clan had to go, so there was only about 4 of us. We were coming down from gds and a clan piled us (8 of them). I binded everyone of them and all my friends in the clan were saved, I died and lost my runes.

 

When doing a quest, I got killed in some cave by some high level monsters. I lost my Rune outfit, don't exactly remember what I had on, but it was like an outfit with rune chain instead of plate. I also had all my cash with me (400K) for some weird reason.

So I died, I was so depressed, but then some guy picked it up for me and gave it all back to me! I was so suprised and happy, he just gave it all back and said I should watch out for the monsters. Loved that moment.

Getting a visage drop when they were 25m+, was at iron drags for like 5 minutes and then got one

 

Seeing my bro scam people by showing full rune (t) and replacing the legs with normal rune haha.

 

When i was 9-10 (level 40ish) I finally saved up for a rune battleaxe and went into the wild with it and my mith armor, found a group of pures 10+ that took me all the way to 50 wild and killed me. I actually tanked them all the way to level 10 wild using the steel skin prayer and salmon, and didn't realize i could have used item protect until after i died. I cried.

 

When me and blackrcool bought our first party hat together, probably around 2004. Or .. idk too many! I'll pick this one.

Or.. dueling with another clan over and over for rights to a house in varrock back in 2003 or 04. <3 you Gaemmom thanks for the help. You too somethingoranotherKitten.

Or.. Hanging out with two very good RS friends back in the day. Darkblade06? Somethingoranother Buddy? I can't remember the names correctly. But thanks for the good times, guys.

Or.. PKing in 06 and 07 with Ryandaman on our pures. We owned the wilderness! <3

Or.. Shoutout to MajinGokuu, Ohwow0, and Angelfire01 ! Also very good friends thoughout the years.

Or.. Going around in 2007 when I was a player moderator and banning hundreds of botters at a time when Jmod's had their clan chats open for bot hunting.

And.. CmndrChaos, you rock. You have kept me added to your friends list for like 5 years. Are you crazy? I barely ever play! And who could forget Ge4r? You are awesome.. Very good, kind person. Yoshi_Rocks... You're a very sweet person too. I met you in RSC and even after years apart you still remembered me and played with me.

The girl who introduced me to the game... January_E_G I have not seen you online for 8 or so years now. I wonder what's happened in your life since we first met, way before you told me about runescape...

I've had great times with a lot of people on runescape, and they're all of my fondest memories of it. With many people on there my relationship did not part well and for that I regret. Salts_Friend, Yeahand, Protector_Tc, Auntmidge... There's most likely more.

@Lilyuffie88: We met in the RS2 beta. We explored varrock, the wilderness, and even slayed the KBD together. A few months later you had some attitude and pretended like we never met. You bitch.
