FoLT - My Request for High Pardon

I understand what you're saying that there's a risk, and Jagex state so. However, in line with Sythe rules, that risk was you outright sniping/scamming it, hence my point.

Do you agree that you did indeed snipe/scam the name 'GO' from Glarex?

 

I do agree. I would not have confronted Glarex and reached out to him in an effort for mediation if he wasn't victimized.

You've mentioned discounts and what have you as reparation to Glare, can you document what this entailed?

 

Im a little confused with what you're requesting here. Glarex and I have done ALOT of business. if youre requesting documentation of EVERY transaction then that is going to take alot of time for me to put that together.

Just let me know what else is required now for this to initiate the pardon voting. Ill do my best to provide whatever is requested here when its made more clear.

 

This was giving him discounts on names he sold to Glarex. He mentioned it on page1.

I think he is essentially asking for logs of every time a sympathy discount was offered when you dealt with Glare. Not all of your business with him, but whenever the sympathy discount was made.

 

Ok. I'll work towards getting that. It's going to take me a bit of time because I've got to go through thousands upon thousands of chat logs over the past year and pinpoint the certain parts of those conversations. I'll come up with the documentation and work at finding pieces day by day over the next few days. I wish I had the time to just sit and go through it all but I've got so many IRL priorities going on over the next few days. I'll work towards getting the proofs by Monday after the weekend is over.

Out of curiosity - Why doesn't Glare's vouch suffice?

 

It's a case of 1.2b needing to be refunded and your description is very vague, call it curiosity

 

To be fair glare did say he was compensated for "go". The Skype log above shows that.

 

Hey guys, I've started to tediously look through chat logs, I'm not far into it yet, and its going to take some time to get it together.

I did want to share this though just to show you the sheer amount of transactions that took place between glare and I over the past year. This was an easy piece of evidence to supply so I thought I'd throw it into the mix.




If anyone wants to tally that up and convert it all into RS3 GP. You'll see that were looking at 25-30B RSGP here (I did the quick math and it came out to exactly 27.5 Billion RS3 (Could be more or less depending on swap rates at different times throughout the year) .

Don't get me wrong, because 1.2B rsgp is ALOT of gp regardless - But 1.2B was only 4.3% of the total business that was done between him and I; What I'm really trying to say is that through consistently discounting transactions on a regular trade business, the 4.3% discount was made out very easily. If you were curious about the trades that took place you can reference the feedback trail that I've posted above as well as the vouch from Glare stating that it's been compensated.

I really hope this helps, and I'll continue sifting and mining through chat logs over the next few days for you guys as well. I just wanted to share this since it was easier to bring up.
