He is right, they only have to email jagex with there IP and they get it back, they don't haev to do recoverys.. and Pmods can't do way more then normal players all they can do more is reporting players and mute them for 24 hours.(If jagex aeccpt it) and login in them mod center,like they alredy sed you can say bye to the mod acc he can eazy get it back.

To the right buyer perhaps as high as 300-400 if the account comes with very high stats/value. But the mere 'pmod' effect would only add at max an extra 100-200$ on the value of the account.

 

I saw a guy buying a p mod account for upto $3000 though?
