Flower Game?

So I'm in W2, South of the GE between the GE and the West Varrock bank.

There's like 100+ people saying "Flower Game! 500k wins Claws!! 2 tries!!" etc.

Does anyone know how you play this? I'm guessing this is one big scam someone put together and everyone else is copying the guy.

Any info appreciated.

 

From the looks of it you need to plant a flower and get a certain color, yeah obvious scam.

 

Alright, just had the owner of the CC 'Flowerz' explain it to me.

You pay someone a certain amount of money. They plant a flower, if the color of the flower you picked is planted, you 'win' the item that was the prize. I've seen a P-Mod involved, might try and gamble with him if he doesn't scam lol.

 

but how do u know if the guy is going to give back the money + the prize?

 

That's the part where trust comes in to play.

 

Its so obvious people will scam.

 

I found a legit guy who did 250k Max. betted 50k an won 250k. Then betted 100k 4 times an lost.

 

there are many different flower colors. the chances of winning aren't great. The people running the games know they are going to have like a 90% chance to win while you only have like a 10% chance. even if they pay everyone who wins, there's still plenty of profit to be made. soooooo what im trying to say is, no this is not a scam, but they still could just walk away, but really they are going to make it back quick anyways

 

Yeah, basically a 1/10 chance of winning. And even if you did win I SERIOUSLY doubt the host would pay up.

 

I play this game legit but we play a little different to world 2.

I host 50k max and I give them two chances. The person paying me will guess two colours, I plant two seeds, and if at least one of their colours appears they get x2 their bet back.

I don't know how many scammers there are in world 2 but I've played this with a lot of people and never been scammed.

It's really addicting and fun ^^

I usually play with friends but there was quite a few people playing in world 99 during the past couple of days. No one there at the moment though.

 

Generally it's on every world. I hold one every so often, if you guys PM me I'd be down to hold one for you guys.

Yeah, it's pretty bad. Horrible odds tbh unless it's a high prize, I think 500k and claws if you win is decent.

 

There are a few scammers, but the majority of the high leveled users are legit.

Always guess red, orange, or yellow. Those are the majority of flowers that are planted.

Won 500k lost 200k today.

 

I've tried this a few times only got scammed for my 50k (lol?) once.

 

I put 20k in, he was 10xing, I won (Guess yellow) He gave me 200k, I gave him 100k back
