So i tried to be cival with steam support...

Bought cod ghost awhile back, it din't want to run for me, asked for a refund, they said no that they don't give out refunds, i showed the kinda gentleman to my previous tickets were i have got refunds before, and that he either is lair or doesnt know his company policy, he then closed my ticket without any reply, so i was forced to take action with paypal, got my money back friday, got hit with this today.


thought it was quite funny, they will be losing more money just from blocking me from buying stuff, those idiots sure do know customer support.

 

Yeah, Steam Customer Support sucks ass.

 

Their customer support is horrible. When it comes to it, they usually just blow steam out of their ass

Yeah, that's unfortunate for sure. I understand them telling you no, I understand them even limiting your account after a chargeback but just simply locking your ticket without a response is incredibly unprofessional in my opinion.

 

Steam support is honestly one of the best support systems I've ever used, you were probably just an asshole. And why wouldn't they limit your account if you chargeback? Jesus Christ, use your head.

 

Of course they'll limit your account if you charged them back. They don't care why you did it, you just did. That can mean numerous things, one of them being purchases with a stolen card. Obviously this wasn't the case but they don't know that so they must assume. I've never had any problems with steam support

 

guess you numskulls missed the part were he locked the ticket without even a reply.

 

Its quite funny , i actually told them a year ago or so that "Alice madness returns" couldn't play on my pc.
i said it runs for a minute or so then crash's every time
after awhile they refunded me

but said its a one time deal and wont happend again

 

Honestly wouldn't have minded waiting for them to patch ghost so it doesn't run like a toaster, but lieing to my face, then locking my ticket without responding is rather silly.

 

Steam Support has always been terrible.

 

Are your drivers updated? And does it give you an error code when you tried playing Ghosts? If so, what code is it?

 

Try turning off Fraps and Steam Overlay works.

 

They essentially never give out refunds. You could have tried support again or asked to speak with a manager. Not that hard.
