Very true, but you need to get the facts straight first. You just admitted to flaming back once you're flamed. Yet do you not have any consideration on how they feel? You sit there and think " They feel nothing they started it ". How old are you? 10? Seriously.. Are you that immature and childish that when you see something is said about you that you have to act on it, or even come crying as so much to make a thread to attempt to get rid of the flaming, which you even do yourself.

Edit: I don't see whats so bad about people insulting each other. I mean really, sometimes you really are being a twat/fag/ass ect. So I think their shouldn't be a rule on it. I'm also 100% sure most 12 year olds know all these words unless your some basement dweller who is completely socially isolated, and sythe is comprise of large a community of kids under 13. Well, flaming is a CHILDISH thing to even complain about. Yeah, it may hurt somebody's feelings, but so what? It's a computer. It's going to happen all the time. It's a small thing to get infracted for, and honestly, I don't think there should even be an infraction for it. It's just child's play. Grow up and get over it.

Given that we do infract for minor flaming, I think one point is more appropriate overall. If it's obvious that infractions are not making an impression on a particular user, then moderators can issue harsher punishments at their discretion. (ie, a custom infraction, a temp ban, etc).

 

seeing how i got infracted for calling inventor gay and a faggot, i highly doubt you cannot get infracted. Just because you don't see the infractions doesn't mean they are not there.

Then why haven't users with 10 pages of infractions accounts been terminated, it's obvious that they have not learned their lesson about prior mistakes.

Infractions are there to teach you not to do such and such again. Such as TJ, Jesse, and many more whom have close to 10 pages of them.

Infractions are fallacious, since basically they are enforced, but mostly do not have a impact on such user.

 

If you knew anything at all, which i see you don't because you can't see my infractions, you would know that 6 pages of those are reversed/warnings. So only 20 actual infractions are on my page.
