"Flaming" Infraction

Benwise gave me an infraction for "Flaming" when I posted that this kids youtube video wasn't his, and he was a scammer. So I confronted Benwise about it, and he said I didn't have proof. So I said "Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee" and he say's, "Is that a threat? If it is, I can ban you!" And I happily reply, You can't ban me, because you have no proof of it being a threat or not. So then he goes on a random rant and is being all, hypocritical and when I confront him about it, he said "I am a mod, I have the right to do anything I want without proof." So yeah, I feel the infraction should be removed because Benwise hypocritically declared his statement "You need proof" and he is an idiot. So yeah. Im done now.

The video he showed was not his. He is a scammer, and you know it is true. Infracted for giving a head's up to other members? You're basically letting the kid off when he is scamming, but I get infracted for calling him out on it. That's garbage.

It's in the rules. If you choose to dispute it (I wouldn't bother) it will be denied by any of the 20 mods we have.

It's not garbage, big shit it's not his video. He could very well have a 10th prestige lobby. Unless your accusations come with proof in the scam forum + the link, you'll be infracted.

Why such a rude attitude? His lack of grammar proves he is 5 - 13. In the video details, everything is typed with proper grammar, and the guide who made the video sounds 20 years old. Not 13. That's proof right there.

You're a fool. That rule applies for banning users under suspected/reasonable cause. Let's say they do something not in the rules, but it's obviously not allowed. We can ban them. Threatening a mod falls under that category.

Also, the infraction was meant to be accusation of scamming without proof. But you also flamed, so it doesn't matter.
