Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

First and foremost I want to say Hello to the current staff, I have had the pleasure to get to know most of you on a personal level. As well, there are a few new staff members on the team and I wanted to congratulate you on your new positions. There are a few threads pertaining to the reason why I was banned back in August, however I will summarize all information consisely so that it won't be necessary to reference old threads. (I will leave relevant threads as a footnote just in case you'd like to read through them.)

In August I was banned for "Selling Amazon Chargebacks", this speculation was raised when I pmed Roary with a proposal about the rules as to if providing a service that I was completely unsure about as it was new grounds to me. The idea of the service came from a friend of mine who was running the service successfully on another website similar to Sythe.org. He explained the service to me and how much success and profits it brought him. As a business-minded individual my first thought was to try and bring the service to Sythe.org, as it seemed original from anything else that I had ever seen. I was completely unsure of the nature of this service, or even how it worked really. The idea of the service was for my friend to provide the service, while I advertised it to Sythe.org users. I took the existing layout that my friend used, and reworked the wording so that it could be used as a proposal to Sythe staff when I asked if it was allowed. I had the layout created by Ayee, one of the graphics designers here on Sythe. None of the services would have been provided until I was made aware that it was Sythe-friendly. Shortly after I proposed the prototype layout to Roary I was banned for "Selling Amazon Chargebacks" (Which is something that I did not do).

Attention was brought to some of the content within the layout that was presented, which stated that I was "experienced" at the service. I want to place emphasis on the fact that this idea was in the infantry stage and I didn't know anything about how to provide the service, had I gotten the green-light from staff that it was okay I would have gained the necessary experience and knowledge of the service so that I could be able to provide the service confidently. Even though the main plan was to have my friend provide service, I still wanted to be an expert in any service that I was going to provide, for the security of Sythe users.

It was stated that this form of service fell into black hat activities. I don't know much about these activities and I didn't know that it fell into this category. As soon as I learned that this wasn't acceptable I did not show any interest in advertising the service at all, and all ideas behind this abandoned too.

I understand the precuations taken in banning me from Sythe for this because I now better-understand the legalities and consequences that could take have taken place to users that became involved, and that this is in-fact tasteless behaviour. I was looking at this opportunity as a business investment rather than the safety of other users, and for that I sincerely apologize for requesting to put other Sythe users at risk with the law. I assure you that lessons have been learned, and I would love the opportunity to return and participate in the Sythe Community once again.

Folt actually did come forward to me around an hour after sending the pm to Roary regarding this entire situation asking me my opinion on the service. Naturally I gave him the same answer the other staff members did that it's strictly forbidden. At the time of contact I can say with a fair amount of certainty you hadn't actually performed any amazon chargebacks considering earlier that week I showed you a car part off of amazon and you didn't offer to get it for free for me which I'm assuming you probably would have if you were actually performing amazon chargebacks at the time.

Therefore that being established I'll support your pardon.
