Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
There actually aren't any "victims" related to this, however I do have proof that I contacted TTB (HaHaNerd) and Blade who originally banned me and they confirmed on multiple occasions that I am not who I was originally banned in correlation to being.



Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I will confess that during the time I've been banned on sythe there was a crappy deal between myself and a now known scammer on sythe. M3hmet purchased an account from me for $700 btc. After 2 months of us not being able to reach a solid conclusion on how the account will be transferred, I sent him back $400 and took my account back even though he had demanded I also provide him with 100m 07 for the services he had purchased for the account. Him and I lost touch after time and he then went on to scam quit. I've since repaid the 100m 07 debt to the community repayment fund as I understand that it was wrong to do so and I hope that my contribution will go towards someone who he had wronged in return.




Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I feel as though I've told this story so many times but I never hesitate when you ask me to tell it again. When I was young and foolish, I was renting an account in Stake of w54 from a rank. While sitting in the teamspeak for this staking clan I was poked by TheNerd, he had asked if I was "Nick from dragondyce". I had always loved betting at dragondyce, and I knew a couple of ex-ranks were hanging out in the teamspeak I was in so I thought I could fit in by saying that I was . TheNerd then proceeded to ask if I was "CB" who was a rank named Nick in dragondyce. I stupidly said yes, not knowing how this would ultimately change my sythe reputation forever.

Shortly after, I learned the reputation that the name CB heald was not a good one, and I went down an entire rabbit hole to prove that I was not infact CB. After proving myself, the admins at the time agreed that I would be banned for impersonation instead, as I did infact claim I was someone who I was not. This was fair, and I understand why I was banned as I did commit the offence. I whole heartedly regret it, as it has since tarnished my reputation on this forum in multiple ways. Secondly, I made a very foolish mistake in ban-evading. Instead of understanding that time had passed, I had grown, and the sythe community would likely forgive me I decided to create a new sythe account. I was away at university, my IP was different, and there was nothing really linking me to my old account. I loved selling gold, I loved engaging in forum activities, and I really just enjoyed being in the space. I quickly started to grow as a small time gold seller, I accumulated over $20,000 USD worth of vouches ( here: Fit's Feedback ) and I even donated $200+ to Sythe as I truly enjoyed my time on the website with the community. Although there was still one problem, and that was that I was ban-evading, and that is infact against the rules, and doing this was the wrong way to go about things. I regret this decision as well, If I could start over I would have never been dishonest with TheNerd, I would have never been in a situation where I needed to ban evade to trade on the website and ultimately I would probably have a lot more respect around here than I do today.

In conclusion, I've made some extremely silly mistakes over the years, and I do regret handling things the way that I have. If you chose to allow me to return to sythe, I think I'd like to spend that time getting to know the community better, focus less on using the website as a sole trading platform but still partake in trades where I see an opportunity to help out or make a small profit for myself. I love to swap gold, and I love to trade names and gold. I understand that what I did many years ago was wrong, but I do hope that you see I've tried my best to rectify my actions and take the steps necessary to correct any mistakes. Despite ban evading, I was still doing a great job running my gold website and partaking in Bert's gambling clan. I even pulled the trigger and ultimately caught their developer who was scamming thousands of dollars off of the ranks. I'm not out to hurt anyone, I'm not out for pity, I'm just asking for a second chance, a clean slate to return to and try to give this an honest run and prove to everyone that I'm not who you've taken me for these times over.

As always, I do appreciate the time of any and all admins/mods who handle this case. Without you the website would clearly be nowhere, and regardless of your decision I trust that it will be made with sound judgement and without prejudices.
